REGRANULATED & IQ
All what is not directly used in our productions,
it’s When we re-extrude a single-product ground product as is, it is considered a regranulate.
Our re-granulate offer same quality as brand-new goods Alongside this, with our regranulate,
for every kilogramme of our RE GRANULATE about 2 kg of CO2 and 1.3 litres of crude oil are saved compared
to new virgin plastics.
However, if the ground product has multiple origins and is the same material,
then it is considered an industrial product.
Regranulate necessarily performs better than an industrial product.
Regranulated and Industrial Qaulity granules represent both an eco-sustainable alternative to virgin raw materials.
Both are produced by recycled feedstock but if the recycled raw materials we use for our regranulated has originated
by a single-product ground re-extruded as it is with the only addition of black masterbatch, the Industrial grade,
have multiple origins, different fluidities, and characteristics, which the extrusion process brings together into a homogeneous mixture.
Regranulate necessarily performs better than industrial grade.
They are the best alternative to the virgin grade.
Regranulate are suplied with the acronim RE followed by the last part of the commercial name of the polymer they have been originated.
Industrial quality are suplied with the acronym VIQ which stay for Vebel Industrial Quality.

Optimizing processes, reducing costs, protecting the environment!
The use of regranulates is not only "permitted" in many application areas,
but is increasingly demanded by industry and consumers. In addition to environmental arguments,
the main reason for this is cost savings.
Cost savings without compromising quality
Today, our industrial grades and regranulates represent a cost-effective alternative to virgin material in many applications.
Through tested, consistent material quality and optimised processes, you can be sure that your requirements are met 100%.
In times of raw material shortages, it is important to fully exploit the potential of existing materials.
Using the latest processing technology, we can generate a blend of virgin material with recycled materials and additives.
Thus you receive quality and cost-saving options.
